Steps Tires

Put 1k miles on a set of tires from somewhere else, then one of them got a flat. This place replaced it with a used tire that has even more tread life than the others, for only $90. Unfortunately the guy who took the bad wheel out of my trunk scratched my bumper really bad.

I was charged $80 to have my 4 original tires and rims placed back on my truck. Literally unscrew old 24' rims and screw factory rims back on. At the time I was told their sensor gadget to program air pressure sensor was not working to come back at a later date. Today I'm back to program the sensors and they tried charging me $50 more to do it. Avoid at all cost they will try to milk every cent out of you. I was clear to remind them that the $80 charge the original day, I was told that it was included. They were also warned the 1 star Google review was gonna be added immediately in their parking lot. FYI Tire Discount in Georgesville square has program the sensors for me at no cost. *Avoid * Avoid * Avoid * Avoid

I chose to buy a new tire from them since they said used was 75 and new was 95. I went the next day to get the other tire replaced, they told me I bought a used tire and a new one would be 150. I never would’ve bought a used tire. They hustled me bad then upped the price.

I got my tires fixed here. They have humongous collection of used tires, ranging from ‘in excellent condition’ to ‘fairly good condition’. I loved their collection, price, and service. The service was fast and efficient. The price varies within a range of 45-70, or maybe more. I was very satisfied and highly recommend the place.

EDIT: I just came back to have a tie rod replaced! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN! STEPES IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE FOR TIRES AND REPAIRS!!!! If it wasn't for having to still be social distancing, I'd have probably hugged every single person working here today! I've had my car looked at by 3 different shops and told all sorts off different and expensive things that allegedly "needed" done to my car. Not only did they find a crack in a rim another shop JUST put on last week and show me the problems my car actually has, but they walked me through exactly what was really wrong with my car. This morning, I was told to just scrap my car or spend 1k on repairs by a place in circleville and the guys at Stepes actually SHOWED me that all I needed was a $15 part and an alignment! There's not many honest mechanics out there towards women, but these guys are all amazing!!! Thank you so much for helping make this whole process easier for my girlfriend and I. And also, for not treating us like we were idiots. We're definitely going to be coming here for all of our car needs from now on!
